Q4: The brake pads wear out quickly. They need to replace frequently.
The wear of brake pads depends on riding time. We provide an extra brake pad in the package. For a better riding experience, we recommend choosing an e-bike with hydraulic brakes. Our hydraulic brake models include V20 Pro, V29 Pro, and TB20.
Q5: How do I adjust the tire if it pops out of the rim?
- Lay the bicycle flat on the ground or remove the front wheels. Avoid tires bearing the weight of the bicycle. If the tire bears the weight of the bicycle, it will affect the adjustment of the inner tube
- Release all tire pressure.
- Adjust the position of the inner tube and outer wheel to ensure that the safety line of the outer wheel is even and parallel to the wheel hub.
- Fill a small amount of gas and adjust the position of the inner and outer tires. Then add a small amount of gas. Repeat the operation several times. Ensure that the safety line of the outer wheel is evenly aligned with the wheel hub.
- Keep the tire pressure at 20-30psi
Q6: The Ebike's motor is suspected to be abnormal

Q7: Do Ebikes need regular maintenance?

Perfect Ebike . Until a week ago when I my battery just drop so fast and can't even make 20 mile back and forth. Doni hve a battery issue or it's just it??
This bike is so good. I saw a bad think about this bike But is not true. I think is bad in this bike is the battery Is only about 15-20 miles if you all the time going 35 miles you probably need after 400 miles you need to Tight some thinks and add more pressure to a weals. But another that is good bike to ride alon or with frands Title this bike not perfect but it good I probably recommended this bike for his cost and quality.

Gravel, sand, snow – nothing slows this bike down. I used to dread potholes and uneven trails, but now I hardly feel them thanks to the shock absorption. The dual hydraulic brakes are a game changer. I’ve gotten to use this byke multiple times. It is the best budget e-bike on the market. It looks and feels like a motorcycle. It rides like a dream across all the terrains. I went on a bike 10 mile ride and lost 1 battery bar, so it was well on its way to keeping me going for a long distance ride with great battery life. I will say I definitely used the throttle more than normal to test the speed. The tires overall feel really good when hitting any bumps or going off terrain. The bike ships in a great box that keeps it well protected. The bike assembles very easily and smoothly. The handle bars are very customizable on the depth and rotation. The screen overall makes it very functional to understand all the details. Speed, trip, distance and battery life. I really appreciate the key to start to keep it from being used if someone doesn’t have the key. The final build of the bike is very strong. Feels like your truly driving something made to last.
