Warranty Registration

Warranty Period:

  1. EBike Order:

    • The entire bike is covered by a one-year (12 months) warranty from the date of purchase.
    • The warranty does not cover damages caused by human error, accidents, or improper use.
  2. Accessory Orders:

    • Parts are covered by a three-month (3 months) warranty from the date of purchase.
    • Parts warranty coverage includes: lights, brakes, tires, and other replacement components.
    • Parts warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear, aging, or improper use.

Retail eBike Orders 1 year from purchase Covers all major components
Retail Accessory Orders 3 months from purchase Applies to parts purchased separately (e.g., charger, tires, lights, sensors, etc).
Dealer / Distributor eBike Orders 1 month from purchase For wholesale eBike orders placed by resellers or dealers.


EBike Order Warranty Details

Battery 6 months  Charging failure, power loss, or capacity drop (below 70%) under normal use.
Motor 3 months Power failure, noise, or malfunction not caused by water ingress or tampering.
Controller 1 year Output errors or non-responsiveness due to manufacturing defects.
LCD Display 1 year Black screen, freezing, or display issues. Physical damage not covered.
Charger 1 year  Faulty charging, no output, or voltage fluctuation. Water damage or incorrect use excluded.
Throttle 1 year  /
3 in 1 Switch 1 year /
Sensors (e.g. PAS) 6 months Malfunction of pedal assist or speed sensors.
Lighting System (front/rear) 6 months Power failure or circuit malfunction. Physical or water damage not covered.
Braking System (calipers, levers) 6 months Hydraulic failure or leakage. Brake pads are not covered as they are wear items.
Handlebar, Seat, Pedals, etc. 6 months Structural failure under normal use. Regular wear and tear not covered.
Inner & Outer Tires 3 months Manufacturing defects like bulging or delamination. Punctures or blowouts excluded.
Consumables (chain, brake pads, gears, screws and bolts etc.) 3 months Covers manufacturing defects such as structural failure, material breakage, or abnormal malfunction under standard riding conditions.

 

🚫 What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, crashes, or unauthorized modification

  • Water damage to electrical components

  • Over-discharge, improper charging, or battery storage issues

  • Self-repair or third-party modifications without approval

  • Orders without proof of purchase or valid order number

  • Issues reported after the warranty period has expired

  1. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photo/video evidence

  2. Our team will verify whether the issue is covered under warranty

  3. If approved, we will arrange replacement parts or repairs.

  4. On-site service is not provided; shipping costs are handled based on individual case details.
