Q5: How do I adjust the tire if it pops out of the rim?
- Lay the bicycle flat on the ground or remove the front wheels. Avoid tires bearing the weight of the bicycle. If the tire bears the weight of the bicycle, it will affect the adjustment of the inner tube
- Release all tire pressure.
- Adjust the position of the inner tube and outer wheel to ensure that the safety line of the outer wheel is even and parallel to the wheel hub.
- Fill a small amount of gas and adjust the position of the inner and outer tires. Then add a small amount of gas. Repeat the operation several times. Ensure that the safety line of the outer wheel is evenly aligned with the wheel hub.
- Keep the tire pressure at 20-30psi
Q6: The Ebike's motor is suspected to be abnormal
Please check if the communication cable connected to the motor is properly connected.
Q7: Do Ebikes need regular maintenance?

Purchased for 11 year old daughter January 2026. So far no issues or complaints. Took her a week or so to get good control while riding since it is heavier than her mountain bike…so I limited the speed to 12mph until she was able to ride with no difficulty. It’s fully unlocked and no issues. She’s rides it 3-4 times per week for about an hour. There have been no problems thus far.

I was blown away not just by the quality of the bike (it’s excellent) but by the cost and all of the extras that were included. I highly recommend this e-bike.

Completing my previous review since I had not tested the bike on the ground I must say that it handles very well, it is very fast and you have to be careful when accelerating if you are in a fast mode 3 or 4 so as not to go into a willie and have a fall, you have to take it out very slowly, it has a lot of torque. The only drawback I see is that the pedals are too large, identical to the V-20, and too close to the ground, which means that when you turn they touch the floor and you can lose control. I will change them for smaller ones to try to minimize this. The battery is identical to the V-20, it is a great advantage if, like me, you have one, you can use it interchangeably or take it as a backup if you are going on long trips, the autonomy is decent. It brakes very well and feels safe. Another advantage is the customer service since my V-20 had its display, handlebars, throttle stolen and the front brake disc broken and I had no problems finding the parts . I recommend it.
The bike is well-made and looks great. I haven't tried it on the road yet, but it apparently works very well. The hydraulic brakes are a good idea, and it has Bluetooth, which the V20 I also own doesn't.
Excellent bike real easy to install and my wife Love it. It was my gift To her for our wedding anniversary. Since I bought an e bike it was fair to get her one which in fact met her height well she’s only 5ft even and perfect bike for her

works perfect for me! i use it to commute around town at speed 3, the battery is great at this level! i am 4’11” and can reach with my tiptoes but once i got the hang of things and felt comfortable it was easy to get on, maneuver, stop, and hop off. i also like to have my girlfriend ride in the back with me sometimes. safe to say it fits us both and runs well with 2 adult women without going over any weight limits! i will say i have only been able to reach top speed of 23-24mph according to life360 despite the 30mph it advertises. if anyone knows how i can reach 30mph that would be lovely info! Regardless, it suits my needs and im in love with my tamobyke t16!
The bike arrived and assembly was easy. I charged the battery and went for a ride and couldn't be more happy with the size, power and style. The seat and suspension are excellent and the range is very good. The T16 has a nice look and many people comment and compliment the bike. Nice work Tamobyke, this is a keeper.
Everything we expected!
I am very happy with the level of service that I have received from Tamobyke. I had a basic issue with the bike, but Tamobyke customer service stood by their product and promptly shipped the replacement part for free. I received the part quickly so I could get the bike back on the road. No waiting for a few weeks to get parts like some other bike brands. I am very happy with how well Tamobyke supports their customers.

Hi this bike is torquetown usa! Sooo much fun. And with the 1000 watt motor it throws down. Faster than any other bike owned thanks guys fun like an 80s BMX bike or Honda 50cc. Soo much torque my family members popping accidental wheelies. Ok bike. Kid took a spill on it. Need the replace the scuffed up brake handles but no option to replace.
