Q1: Is this mobility scooter suitable for elderly people with limited mobility (e.g., injured feet/legs)?

Specially designed for seniors and mobility-impaired adults, it has a 360° swivel seat for easy entry/exit, instant electromagnetic brake and simple controls—ideal for those with leg/foot injuries, offering safe, independent mobility.

Q2: Can the battery be charged separately, and how long does it take to fully charge?

The 24V 12Ah battery is fully detachable for easy charging at home or office. It fully charges in 8–10 hours and delivers up to 13 miles of range, sufficient for 2–3 days of daily errands and outings.

Q3: Does it fit into a standard car trunk, and is it easy to carry?

Yes! After folding, the size is only 46” x 23” x 20”, which fits most standard car trunks (sedan/SUV). Weighing 115 lbs, it’s light enough for one person to load/unload with the built-in handle—ideal for family trips or outdoor activities.

Q4: Is it safe to ride on uneven roads (e.g., gravel roads/speed bumps)?

Very safe! Its 8” front/9” rear all-terrain solid tires (3.6” ground clearance) handle gravel, speed bumps, curbs and lawns smoothly. Anti-tip rear wheels and 419 LB reinforced frame add stability for safe, smooth rides on all terrains.

Q4: The brake pads wear out quickly. They need to replace frequently.

The wear of brake pads depends on riding time. We provide an extra brake pad in the package. For a better riding experience, we recommend choosing an e-bike with hydraulic brakes. Our hydraulic brake models include V20 Pro, V29 Pro, and TB20.

Q5: How do I adjust the tire if it pops out of the rim?
  1. Lay the bicycle flat on the ground or remove the front wheels. Avoid tires bearing the weight of the bicycle. If the tire bears the weight of the bicycle, it will affect the adjustment of the inner tube
  2. Release all tire pressure.
  3. Adjust the position of the inner tube and outer wheel to ensure that the safety line of the outer wheel is even and parallel to the wheel hub.
  4. Fill a small amount of gas and adjust the position of the inner and outer tires. Then add a small amount of gas. Repeat the operation several times. Ensure that the safety line of the outer wheel is evenly aligned with the wheel hub.
  5. Keep the tire pressure at 20-30psi
Q6: The Ebike's motor is suspected to be abnormal

Please check if the communication cable connected to the motor is properly connected.

Q7: Do Ebikes need regular maintenance?

Yes, we recommend checking the brakes, tires, chain, and battery condition every month. Regularly cleaning the bike will also help maintain optimal performance

Q8: My brakes are making a strange noise. What should I do?

We recommend checking and lubricating them as needed. If the noise persists, please contact our after-sales support via email for further assistance and a solution.
